Easy access to patient education. Overall a good experience and when I have had a question or problem the support has been very good. Could be a ZenDesk issue though, I won't bore you with the details on that. The macros are useful and it allows me to use my own patterns and practices when charting. It can be quite some time to get a response. In the past we have had a lot of trouble keeping track of all the various appointments for our residents. Allows remote access to encounter notes when on call.

Design and work-flow optimized for long-term care and for individual mobile clinicians working usually without a set appointment schedule and with little or no direct staff support or assistance. No integration to order, receive, or populate lab and imaging results. This is my perception.
